Andy’s writing has been published widely throughout his career. This includes peer-reviewed scientific publications on diverse topics such as the chemistry of remote lakes in Alaska, the validity of methods for testing toxicity in the marine environment and the impact of acid rain on lichens.

He has also published a wide array of technical reports (including summaries for nontechnical audiences), and op-eds regarding the Endangered Species Act and climate change in newspapers around the country.
